Yes. Free covers unlimited invoices to up to 3 clients, forever. Every new account also gets 14 days of Pro up front — no card needed, and you auto-downgrade to Free if you don't subscribe.

No. Clients open a public invoice link — no signup, no app. The invoice shows the payment methods you've set up: a payment link, bank details, or crypto wallets. Drupd doesn't process the payment itself; your client pays you directly through the rail they choose.

Pro unlocks unlimited clients, recurring invoices (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, annual), up to 5 automated follow-up reminders with custom tone and timing, a second PDF template, full reporting history, read receipts, schedule-send, custom email templates, and your branding instead of ours.

You downgrade to Free at the end of the period. Nothing gets deleted — your invoices, clients, PDFs, and payment history stay intact and visible. Pro-only actions (recurring sends, extra reminders) just pause.

Each invoice has its own currency and per-line tax rate, with inclusive, exclusive, or no-tax modes — enough for most freelance VAT, GST, and sales-tax setups where you apply a flat rate. Drupd doesn't calculate jurisdiction-specific rules or reverse charge for you; you set the rate. Subscription billing itself runs in EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, or AUD.

Your invoices, clients, and numbers are yours. We don't sell your data, run ads against it, or train models on it (see our privacy policy). Export everything as a ZIP of CSVs plus your PDFs any time from settings.
